pre·mo·ni·tion - a strong feeling that something is about to happen. In this piece, Kean illustrates an unbroken wave as seen from a surf location on the North Shore of Oahu. Mt. Ka'ala, the tallest mountain on Oahu is seen in the background while the wave in the foreground is about to unleash its power onto the reef below.
This piece is one of eight different works in Kean's latest collection. Premonition was showcased in his Solo Exhibition, 'Playing with Sand' at Polu Gallery (Haleiwa) in January of 2024
